This restaurant is situated in the middle of one of the smaller villages that became a part of Bielefeld a couple of decades ago but it still has some rural charakter and a nice setting with a small outside area for good weather. It is...owned by a rich person who keeps it as a sort of hobby so the chef is free in his creations and the prices are well below what one could expect. Si vous vous asseyez dehors en été, vous vous sentez comme dans un village plutôt que dans une ville. Les plats sont influencés par le style méditerranéen bien que ce ne soit pas ... un restaurant méditerranéen. La tagliata est un plat signature. that's one of our favorite places anyway. the kitchen is excellent, personal-friendly, ambiente cozy. when they sit outside in the summer, they feel like in a village instead of in a city. the dishes are influenced by the Mediterranean style, although it is...not a Mediterranean restaurant. the tagliata is a signature court. they can also choose from a lot of steaks. the cook also gives cooking classes, usually at least. while the restaurant is currently closed like all other restaurants in the environment due to the pandemic, they have become a deluxe menu. they get all dishes in vacuum containers, boxes, bottles, etc. and just have to heat it to have almost the restaurant feel at home. we...

A great evening. We used the offer for the day of top gastronomy. We were kindly received and very charmingly guided by the menu and evening. It was certainly found that this high gastronomy is not part of our regular activities, but we did not let it be noticed. The individual transmissions and the respective components were excellent.
