Since I moved to Manalapan in 2005, I've only gotten my bagels from Tommy's. They are, without a doubt, the best bagels around, and ever since they finally added a grill, they are unbeatable. Their tuna and chicken salads are fantastic as well! I'd go so far as to say they rival or even surpass the New York bagels I grew up with. Last week, I craved a bagel but was too far from Tommy's, so I tried one from a place on Route 9 in Manalapan. I have to admit, it was terrible compared to Tommy's. I won't be trying bagels from anywhere else again. I'm sorry I strayed from Tommy's! It meant nothing to me! Lol.
Best bagels ever! I absolutely love this place! These bagels are incredible! When you visit at 8:00, the plain bagels are served hot. No matter what time you go, the bagels are always delicious—crispy on the outside with a thick crust and soft, fluffy inside. This is my go-to spot for bagels!
Great Bagels, large selection.. Shop has cold cuts and spreads and tuna, chicken and egg salads with some desserts. Also has coffee and a large selection of drinks. Can toast but does not have any grill services. Can prepare nice platters for catered events. Cash only established.
The bagels here are outstanding—truly authentic! Coming from Hoboken, I can confidently say I know what real bagels should taste like.

The bagels are warm and crispy. They taste just like bagels from Brooklyn! My favorite is the sesame bagel with cream cheese!
