I haven't been back to this place for a while, seeing as last time I was there I caught a waiter brushing his teeth in the sink of a food/ drink preparation area (at the bar at the rear of the restaurant) and went off...my nut at him, with very little reaction from management. This time, while I noticed no obvious health regulation violations, I still found that I got better service from the sushi chefs working their butts off in the kitchen making food items for the sushi train and for table service, than the actual waiters and waitresses who are paid to wait on you. Had to virtually send up a flare to get the attention of a bunch of cackling waitstaff, grouped together socially at the rear...
We have dined at this restaurant several times and consistently had delicious meals. It is one of the better Japanese restaurants in a moderate price range. Each visit, we were greeted warmly and promptly seated with menus. I especially enjoy their Karaage fried chicken, which is the best I have had at a mid-range restaurant. My partner, Sonia, loves the Teriyaki chicken as it is flavorful and tender. While we still have many dishes left to try, our overall impression is that this restaurant is a great option compared to similar establishments we have visited. We stood at the counter waiting.....and waiting. Stood there for nearly 10 minutes. Two staff members behind counter, no acknowledgement or greeting to say we will be with you soon. Last straw when we continued to wait and another waiter looked like a manager. Walked to the register to serve someone. Glanced over and still no recognition by all three staff. We walked over to the dumpling place, next door and got a fresh and yummymeal. And service with a smile. Shame really, we will just have to try a sushi train somewhere else. Can't tell you what the food was like. But if it's anything like the service or lack of. It might be terrible.
Considering the setting (next to cinema, food court, etc.), the staff at this restaurant appear to be overworked and very busy. This results in poor customer service as a result of their fatigue. The Korean food served is average with nothing particularly exceptional, but also nothing terribly bad. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit high for what you get. I have visited this place multiple times while living in Rhodes. Overall, I can't say anything great or terrible about it - it's just a place to grab a meal during your work lunch break.

This is a very good casual dining option for those who like a nice meal before taking in a movie or respite from shopping in the mall. You get a choice of enjoying the Sushi Train or something more substantial at a table. Always fresh and inviting. The noodle and sizzling dishes come in generous servings and taste great washed down with a cold Asahi. The service is pretty good too so all in all its also a good evening meal option for couples as well as families.
We often have the sushi train , which is very good , bit on the expensive side . We have eaten in the restaurant section twice now . Standard decor and service for a restaurant in a shopping mall . The food is fresh and...served quickly . Tempura is light and tasty , the bento boxes are plentiful and recommended. The meals are moderately priced and good value for the quality.
This was something different so we wanted to try itI came here with my family, about 11 of usWe got seated right away which was a plus.
The sushi train dishes are fresh and decent but bit repetitive. Too many dishes with Mayo on them. Otherwise ok but bit pricey.
