My mother and have been coming here for 3 years until today. As of recently they or she) the girl in the evening that does not speak a word of English, has been creating significant errors on our orders. She cannot communicate with English “only” speaking individuals. ; If you’re going to have someone work the front please make sure they are articulate in BOTH English and Spanish. Enough to take down orders correctly. :
Every time I come here. They always mess with my order. It’s like they don’t understand English or Spanish. Always a mistake and the 4% charge. No telling people, but having a sign. Come on. At least have the staff notify people that it’s a 4% charge. I wish I could give this a 0 star review. I feel at this point, they’re just trying to ruin my order and my day.
This is our go to spot for family packs for multiple reasons 1 it's priced right now like the surrounding burger joints that want $45 for a family pack nowadays the burgers are good and far better then the surrounding burger joints the service is awesome and we've never had an issue.
