Uber Eats made it so I did not get my food until 40 min after it should have arrived. So I knew it might not be as fresh or warm upon arrival. I also didn’t realize the reviews on Uber were very different than Google Maps. I should have looked here first.The food was so bland and underwhelming. We didn’t even finish our meals. Reviews weren?t too great but we thought of giving it a try when we walked past and were starving. Jumbo Shrimp roll: Something about it seemed raw. Didn?t finish it. Fried Chicken Dumplings: Had hardly any chicken in it. It was literally all dough. Tommy?s Lo Mein: The saving grace. The only good thing compared to the rest. As for the lady at the counter: Terrible customer service. Also, we felt terrible in a while. Something was definitely off with the food. Will never return.
Ordered first time through DoorDash. Chicken dumplings ? were only made with thick flour no chicken inside at all. And one piece was different than the other 5 had some green filling in it . No chicken. Took a pic after I threw it in the garbage .Chicken lo mein was another disappointment!!! And the chocolate pastry was below average.I’m never ordering again . Don’t recommend ??
I have been going to Tom's II for over 30 years. I don't even live in the area. It's pretty much take out now since Covid. Food is really good. I take out for my family every so often. They make a dish for me that is Low Fat. Usually I get Chicken Broccoli, diet, spicy, with brown rice. It has a brown watery garlic sauce with hot sauce. I love it!

The spare rib combo was not great. There were only 4 ribs and they were skinny and dry, not meaty at all.The wonton soup broth was ok but needed some mustard to flavor it better. The wontons themselves were thick noodles and not a lot of meat. I definitely like thinner noodles even if there is not a lot of meat. Overall, not so great.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible; I ordered two dishes, and the rice was undercooked. The flavors were bland, and when I mentioned it to the waiter, he was quite rude. Overall, I was very unsatisfied.
I don't get the negative reviews. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years. I've tried other places occasionally, but nothing compares to them, so I always return. I think they're the best!
My sweet and sour chicken was not done nor were the egg rolls disgusting food I will never order there again
