Tone 2 Day - Réserver une table

This was not a comfortable environment for me, they didn't keep equipment (COVID) clean, I watched one person who made no effort to clean anything (ever) and the next group would come in and use that exact station. I saw this repeatedly. Yes, it is supposed to be personal training in small groups, but really I watched the trainer (not the owner, it was one of her employees) just stand around and small talk with one of the other members and not even correct her form! Much less pay any attention to what I was doing. I got much more personal attention from Orange Theory Fitness trainors even though the classes were bigger.

Great friendly staff with a ton of knowledge in many types of fitness and health. Gym is kept clean and everyone I've met has been polite, good environment to exercise in without judgment. Overall great place.

Great location and a great team. Each of coaches and staff out are incredibly welcoming. Love walking in every time and love how I feel walking out.
