Family of 20 here. We come to NSB for a week or more every year and spend HUNDREDS of dollars at this establishment. We have a severely physically disabled member of our family that cannot walk on her own. She has to be carried to/from the beach. The door was slammed in our face when trying to get from the parking lot to the beach in order to get her there. We understand that “their walkway” is not a beach entrance. However, considering how much money time spent here every single year, we had hoped for some grace. The girl had no problem slamming the door in our face. Absolutely one of the best places to hit on the beach hands down. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very helpful. The drinks are delicious and the bartenders know their stuff. They always have something sunny and tropical puts you in that mood of vacation and relaxation even if you're just 10 minutes from the house. Don't miss out on this beautiful ocean front view. No other place comes close to the access to the beach. Literally Park on the beach in front of the restaurant walk inside sand is more than welcome. We have repeatedly tried to order from this place for dinner. If you don 't arrive 2 hours before they close you cannot order food, their kitchen is closed . Now if you go to ANY other food place during OPEN hours you can get food but not this place. Sorry not sorry, this place needs a serious reality check. Just sell your business to someone who actually cares about customer service. Go to Breakers, Deacans or ANY other business that actually will serve you. You 're welcome! There 's a reason why Google knows you 're never busy at this time, get it together seriously. So many other businesses that out do you nearby. Get a hint. One of the few restaurants that you can sit in New Smyrna right on the ocean front. We love their steak subs, and this time we drove over from Orlando just to have lunch there. Parking is very tight and there's always a concern particularly when there are a lot of people in town like there were today. Can't wait till we can be in New Smyrna Beach and go there for breakfast with the sunrise. We were finishing a 2-day visit in Daytona, and went to Toni and Joe's Patio or our usual steak sub lunch! Stasie is incredible! If you're visiting from out of town and looking for excellent service and delicious food with a stunning beach view, this is the spot! I was not impressed by the food. Brother got a Caesar salad and he said it tasted funny as if it had thousand islands in it. Bob ordered Nathans foot long and instead got two small hotdogs. There was no draft beer or bottles. Only cans. But it was right on the beach so the atmosphere was fabulous.
