I placed an order over the phone for local pickup, upon arrival I made the payment and after 1 hour at the door of the establishment a motorcycle courier asked internally about my order. The order had not been made, I no longer knew what I had ordered. They wanted me to wait and place another order to go to the production line. Due to the waiting time, I was already impatient and asked for a refund of the purchase and my request was not fulfilled. The worst part of the experience is people seeing you at the door waiting and thinking it's normal, without any movement.

We went to the place today (March 2024). We had a very unpleasant experience. They brought a new look: there are no cutlery, no plates to eat, drinks only in plastic cups, there is no ice option (the drink was not at the ideal temperature). Eating the pizza with a piece of paper minimized the possibility of enjoying that food. I hope that it is in the owners' plans to review this way of serving, they lost all the good ties with customers, and we will not return to this way. We think it is a very useless economy.

The place is good, the pizza too, but the service is terrible. In fact, there is no service, the customer has to make do. Eating pizza without a plate or fork is horrible. Price per person: R$80–100 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
