I dined at Tonkotsu East on a Thursday for lunch and was delightfully surprised by how exceptional the Kakugiri was. Vitalii provided prompt service and engaged me in a great conversation about ramen and the Tonkotsu franchise. I will definitely return. A fantastic spot in a serene location near Dalston. The food is outstanding; I've been enjoying the sweet chili king prawn dish with noodles, which I highly recommend! The cauliflower dish is also delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Ramya is particularly helpful and attentive!
