"Hot Lump Crab Dip was AMAZING!!! The service was great and accommodating with 6 adults and 2 toddlers. A big plus for me is any time they are willing to get my toddler's food out quickly and they met that mark! Will definitely return."

The entrees were very disappointing. The fish board appetizer was extremely good, but things went downhill fast when we got our entrees. Vegetable sides were basically steamed with no seasoning whatsoever. If we wanted to eat that healthy we wouldn't be at a restaurant. The crab pot was basically all mussels with a couple shrimp and a few slices of sausage. To make it worse, some topping was dumped all the top of it making the eating of the mussels and clams a total mess. The fact that this huge restaurant was basically empty at 5 6:00 on a Friday afternoon should've been a tipoff. Which made the slow, inattentive service even more aggravating. The icing on the cake was that it was very expensive.
Well the place was all but empty (one other table with 2 top). Waited 17 minutes without any server. My husband had to get up and look for someone, they were having a staff meeting and no one was on the floor taking care of patrons. We had told them it was my birthday in the reservation yet no one even acknowledged. The restaurant had a lot of mosquitoes INSIDE. Food was fine. Server was okay however seemed slighted that we had to go look for him. He wasn't rude but he certainly wasn't particularly friendly or attentive. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I can understand if they are busy but there was just no excuse for their lack of service. Next time go to Sequoia or another location.
For the money, not great. Also, we weren't informed when we were seated that the steamer wasn't working therefore no crab legs or lobster (which is why we went there in first place). My partner received his burger a solid 20 min before my crab cake. Huge faux pas in restaurant serving. And the bun on crab cakes was so dry and blah as were the fries. And all the red wine by the glass were horrid. Not sure who picks the wines at this place? But nice view sitting outside! Only plus.
Sat on their patio, and weather was spectacular and listened to music although the noise level was high. Our server was semi-attentive, and the food was almost a five star. Although the description of how the crab cakes were prepared was not clear though a good flavor. The chowder was extremely good.
