Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza Howell, Mi

Unfortunately, this Tony Sacco's has gone downhill. The overall quality of their pizzas just isn't the same. I am not sure what has happened. It isn't just today. I noticed the quality go down a while ago but I kept giving them a chance and today was the last straw. The sauce and the crust were not good. I was also questioning the cheese as being real. I won't be coming back. Hard to find good pizza nowadays. UPDATE...I gave Tony Sacco's one last chance and the pizza this time was very good. I think I am more of a purist when it comes to pizza. I ordered the Boss which has a lot of toppings and I didn't taste the sauce and cheese. This time I ordered just Pepperoni. Now I can taste the sauce...

We were excited to celebrate a birthday at Tony Sacco's, especially with the allure of their half-off Thursday deal. Unfortunately, our experience was far from celebratory. Despite the restaurant being busy, we found the wait times for both our appetizer and main course to be excessively long. When our pizza finally arrived, we were utterly shocked. My double pepperoni pizza was overwhelmingly greasy and overloaded with pepperoni to the point of being inedible. The soggy, floppy crust was the final straw. We've enjoyed Tony Sacco's in the past, but this experience has significantly dampened our enthusiasm for returning.

The staff is always super nice and helpful, the ingredients are always fresh. I know this place is known for the pizza, but I always get the wings just because of how juicy and delicious they are.

Our large pizza was quite TASTY but burnt on the outside edges of both pizzas. The toppings on the Uptown Caprese pizza were skimpy didn't reach all the way to the crust. Réservez une table maintenant

Best pizza we've ever had. We live in ohio and stay at the best Western across the street with the semi and we will always walk over it's sooo good!!

Good pizza, reasonably priced, loud atmosphere due to high ceilings. Thursday special makes longer wait times.
