"I'd like to share my wife's experience at the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. When we called to address the issue, the person who answered the phone showed no interest in resolving the matter. There was a complete lack of concern for customer experience and the reputation of the franchise. I truly believe that Khalid Hourani, the President of the corporate holding company, would not approve of this kind of treatment. Service: Takeout."

I ordered some chicken strips that were tasteless, dry, and overpriced. We barely managed to eat a few before tossing the rest in the trash. To make matters worse, they have the audacity to add a service charge for credit card payments without even mentioning it. If you want to avoid this extra fee, it's best to bring cash. Overall, I won't be returning! Food: 2, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.
