I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. I placed an order yesterday and it was delivered to the wrong address. They are refusing to refund my money because they believe they should not be at a loss. Should I be the one to lose money in this situation? I have called several times and have been lied to. The owner even called my daughter and said he couldn't afford to lose money, but offered to make the meal again for her. Why is he prioritizing a minor over me? They cannot afford to give away free meals, yet I am expected to pay for a product I never received. When I call now, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable business practice.
I absolutely love the food at Tony's Pizza, I have only ordered a few times and have yet to be disappointed. I have picked up and had Delivery and delivery was fast. I would add a picture but the food is gone way to fast. Customer service is friendly, professional and courteous. I think I found my place for Pizza Fridays.
Tony's Pizza always offers a variety of pizza slices. My husband and I often stop in to quickly grab a slice or two while on the go. They have everything from plain slices to fully loaded ones, and they always taste delicious. In addition to pizza, they also make tasty subs. Overall, we always enjoy our meals at Tony's.

I have been ordering from Tony's for years. My children adore their pizza. I have never had any issues in the past, and any rare problems were always resolved promptly. However, tonight, they delivered the wrong pizza. We called and they promised to send a new one, but it never arrived.
tony's pizza was very good. I ordered a middle cheese pizza well made and that was the key. the pizza came pippin hot and well done! it has a good runway and zero flop. this pizza was on a scale of thru 10, I would give it a 8.5Which is a very respectful addition.?
so sad that they stopped making taco pizza. was one of our favorites! we loved tony’s for gourmet pizza, but it seems as if there are not so many options now
