This cajun cuisine restaurant is a nice gem in Banff. It tends to get crowded during breakfast hours but if the line is not too big it worths the waiting. Vast options of different egg styles.

Sizzling RivalryTwo poached eggs over 1/2 crabmeat and 1/2 spicy shrimp over canadian back bacon on a toasted english sourdough muffin topped with hollandaise sauce very nice

Brunch is fairly nice, but not worth the queues out of the door. This place would have a rating of 7.5 if there was any better competition in the area.

Great breakfast spot. Waffles are a must! Super decadent but worth it. The rancheros omelette was also amazing.
