On a chilly night, I was in the mood for something comforting, so I decided to order spaghetti with meat sauce. It was absolutely delicious! The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the rich, flavorful sauce had just the right amount of garlic and was nice and thick. My order was ready at the pickup window in just 25 minutes. Everything I've tried from Top Cats has been fantastic. It's definitely one of the standout dining spots in The North End!
Family came to town and we were looking for a bowl of chilli. We decided to go and try theirs out. We were not disappointed. Good tavern style with small amount of grease on it. Had plenty of crackers and cheese. Service was good and it was before their rush hour tonight. Will go again.
Only place in Springfield, IL we’ve been too that wasn’t rude. Great simple food! Our waitress was great although we had a huge party for gymnastics. Thank you Top Cats for being nice!
The atmosphere was quite noisy and the service was slow. However, my friends were enjoyable to be with, which helped to make up for the drawbacks. Réservez une table maintenant
The service was prompt and friendly, the environment was clean, and the food was excellent at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be coming back!
Several of my party ordered grilled chicken. Chicken tasted like it had been microwaved and was very tough. Not the best lunch I've ever eaten.
Food was good. I had a small pizza others had hamburger, pork tenderloin, all good. Nice to see a good crowd eating there.
