I got the savory donuts with scallions, bacon, and parmesan along with a banh mi with grilled galangal pork. The donuts were good though very little scallions or bacon. The pork was *very* dry over cooked and hardly any pickled carrots. I asked for more sauce to help, but just made it spicier and didn't help the dryness. I ate less than half and surprised the server when I declined a box to take the remainder home. With the QR ordering system, you need to work to get the attention of a server, if you need something non standard (like something to help the sandwich)
We ordered through a QR code, and our food arrived promptly, allowing us to enjoy our starters and cocktails before the main courses. The food was not only delicious but also an experience in itself! Jaylen took great care of us; he was attentive and friendly, making us feel confident in our choices. He recommended a cocktail, saying, "You'll like it; that one is great!"
I would absolutely return to try more items from the menu, enjoy the atmosphere, and experience the excellent customer service again! Hats off to the chefs and bartender!

The food was wonderful, featuring unique preparations and high-quality ingredients! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had a reservation for 12 at 7 PM on a Wednesday, but the waitstaff seemed unprepared for our group, causing us to wait over 30 minutes just to have our drink orders taken. Additionally, there was a long delay in receiving our drinks. Our server mentioned that they were short-staffed that evening, so I hope that was the case. We sat outside, and the ambiance was delightful—very tranquil with lovely lighting!
Food and flavors were creative. Oxtail and sparerib dishes stood out along with pate. Disappointment was the pickles. Seats need cushions. Printed menu needs revamping....hard to read. Quite expensive for Vietnamese food.
Very disappointing. We thought the food was overpriced, and worse not very flavorful. This was the most disappointing meal we have had in quite some time. I just have never had bland Vietnamese food!..
Top Hatters is such a nice experience! From great food , service to atmosphere. Try the rice cakes! Yum yum
