This has been my girlfriend's and my favorite brunch spot for the past year, but today it seems that staff turnover and part-owners lacking basic people skills have transformed the atmosphere from one we felt comfortable in into one we don't think we'll be visiting again. Physically pushing a female customer into a corner to 'question' her about the service, to the point where she had to express her discomfort and mention that she didn’t know them, is a terrible business practice. Honestly, I threw my cash at the overwhelmed wait staff and left quickly. Lesson learned.
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and a lovely aesthetic, but unfortunately, the food was remarkably bland. My meal lacked any seasoning, although my husband mentioned that his French toast had a hint of cinnamon. Given that most of the patrons were elderly, I suppose that’s not unexpected. The interior was quite nice, cozy, and inviting, although there were some issues with the ceiling in the main dining area. On the bright side, the service was excellent!
This is my third time ordering a western omelette with bacon instead of ham, and every time they've gotten it wrong. This time was no different; they still added ham. Additionally, my son's biscuits were incorrect—he received only one instead of two, and it wasn’t even a proper biscuit. I'm done complaining. Their food used to be fantastic, and I've been a loyal customer for years, but now I won’t be coming back.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, good coffee!! Wear elastic pants portion size are great. Food tastes so good you'll want to eat it all. Rick's Mess Breakfast Scramble, Irish Benedict...SUPERB!!

love it here!!! my mom brought me here all throughout my childhood and it’s still a staple today
