top of the bay - Réserver une table

We decided to give this fish and chippery another go. Walked in there was no greeting, just what do you want from the female Asian behind the counter. I placed our order and paid. I forgot to get drinks so lined up a second time and although I was the only person in the shop this female left me to wait for about 3 minutes whilst she wiped a bench down. Finally I was allowed to pay for the drinks. Then the wait started for our food to be cooked. This didnt take longer than normal, it just seemed so because not a single word was spoken between the Aussie male cook and this female....very "orky dorks"...and quite uncomfortable.On the plus side the chips are great, the fish and calamari is also very good. Generous portion sizes.Please make this a one stop shop by doing something positive about your working relationship and attitude in general towards paying customers.

Ordered via phone , two peices of Fish of the day. plus sundries. Fish was quite good but at $6.00 each, a little pricey. Scallops ptatoes type where pretty tastless and bland as far as others I have tasted. Dim Sims were average. Cooked with a 10 minute wait, so not too long but communication was below par, as I was kept waiting on the phone to order and my order name was met with a blank stare. If hungry you can go there, others my eclipse it though.

This used to be a good place. Now its just overcooked, stale and overpriced. Chips are overloaded in the box but that actual produce is minimized. Deep fried to the point of no potato inside chips. Shocking. There used to be a bit of pride in this shop. Judging by the declining food quality and the fact of no exterior alterations or decorations in its 20 year history I would have to say its going downhill.

The Master Fryer is back! Great value and a wide range of goodies from the sea. Whether it's scallops or flathead, the scrumptious chippies will set it off nicely and there's an abundance of pleasant scenery about Willi. You'll be back for more!

Spot over food ....... It's the spot, not necessarily their food, mostly are cooked well, small portion for around $10 for their Fish & Chips. The view will bump up the enjoyment too.
