Food: really disappointed about the freshness of the sashimi. The tuna was very chewy, bland, and chunky. The tuna has a lot of white connective tissue that made the piece of fish very chewy and not eatable. The white albacore was pale and dried. Too much and too uneven rice on the roll. The bare beauty roll was good but too much sauce overpowering the fish and the taste of the roll. All I tasted was the sauce.The Half and Half roll was good but the rice was too much and too unevenly in the roll.The service was ok.The place was small sushi restaurant. About 15 tables. Lighting was dimmed low.
more like 4.999999999 stars love this place.. so glad that its just up the street.. i try to get there as often as i can.. staff is amazing.. always such personal and quick service.. the food is amazing you.. must get the baked muscles.. spicy and creamy.. try their house ginger dressing salad.. to me it has a smoky flavor.. it is delicious.. tell them CJ said you wanted a larger bowl for the salad... heh ?? everything is always fresh.. get the smoked salmon.. melt in your mounth.. ....now if they would just have SWEET TEA
Top sushi is a beautiful place and has such a soothing atmosphere. We are so use to store bought sushi so I was down to trying something new. I have never been to a sushi bar nor restaurant but this place was so welcoming and the sushi was so good and fresh. I most definitely will be going back found me a favorite spot. I highly recommend the monkey brain and there new signature beer it will be perfect with whatever roll you’ll be having
This is my second time being here, very good atmosphere and food. The prices are fair and drinks (alcoholic) are pretty good. The server was very kind. The place does get pretty packed after 7 so if you’re not wanting to wait then I suggest coming before then. We got egg rolls as appetizers and the California, shaggy dog, Mexico City, super crunchy, and the most interesting best choice the VIVA LAS VEGAS. Yum yum!!

I like that they are right outside my neighborhood and have a hood menu. I like their fried rice, egg rolls, and Reverse Happy Hour. Good option for families and my daughter likes their sushi. I usually sit at the bar or we grab food to go. I have had a few times where order has been wrong but they have great customer service never an issue fixing my order.
Came with my mom and we ordered the Daddy Doo and Mama Mia Roll. So freaking good! The flavors were great. We also had the crab puffs and fried soft shell crab. Those were good too. The lychee martini is super strong for a small drink lol. Sweet, but not too sweet. I am writing this while I wait on the banana dessert. Excited to taste it lol! Will be back.
First time I came I got food poisoning from one of their rolls that had craw fish in it and they're vents on the ceiling was extremely dusty. That was a year ago though I decided to come back they cleaned their vents but they put entirely way too much sauce on their rolls I couldn't eat more than a couple bites.
Fabulous!!! Great atmosphere and best service especially the waiter with blue hair, Thaun. Everything was so fresh including the drinks! Definitely will return!!
