What a rip off. If you want to see poor customer service, be treated like you're a moron, and be taken advantage of, then this Top Golf location is for you. I recently organized an event here for my company for 33 people. We paid $33 per person for a Fajita Fiesta, which is basically steak and cheese fajitas with all the fixings.The food itself was decent, average to better than average. The issue was that they didn't give us enough food, not even close. About 25 people were fed adequately, another 3 ate a little bit trying to preserve the food for others, and 5 people did not eat at all. When we asked the manage to bring us more food, they refused. Top tier customer service! I had my daughter’s 20th Birthday event here and there was a discrepancy with the time for setting up her ballon’s cake. Despite being at full capacity, the owner personally handled the matter, communicated professionally, and resolved the matter swiftly. Needless to say, I was beyond impressed. I will definitely be back for more family events as this is the atmosphere and customer service that a lot of businesses are missing. Salute Top Golf Dallas!

CAUTION: High Crime Area Alert! Beware of this location. Recent wave of break-ins, targeting the same vehicle type, and valuable possessions stolen. Local law enforcement response has been inadequate, and criminals seem aware. Shockingly, it's suspected that even the management may be involved. Don't be deceived by security cameras and golf carts. Approach the manager with caution, as they may evade when questioned about the situation

Very nice place to hang out and to have fun, highly recommend it!!The service was great and the equipment was in good conditionsThe only issues we found in our visit was some fries we found in our bay definitely need to work on cleaning!And also food is good but takes a long time to prepare and when it gets to the bay it’ll be cold…Overall good experience most likely to come back! The absolute worst Top Golf we’ve ever been to. Management is more concerned with who is drinking and how many drinks we can order. Meanwhile we had to wait 30 minutes for service. Nothing works. There are no lights on the range. This place is a joke. Make the drive to any other Top Golf in DFW.

Staff was incredibly friendly day and easy to deal with. I went strictly for mini golf and omg it was fabulous! One of the prettiest mini golf courses you'll visit. There are a lot of steps though so if that's difficult for you, I wouldn't recommend.

Maintaining the bays so that they are in working condition should be top priority when you charge SEVENTY DOLLARS per hour. It is unacceptable that your machines don't dispense balls.

Great location, very fun. I don't recall it being so expensive though. Expect to pay $200 for two hours of play.To reserve a bay alone was $140+ since they require a 2 hour minimum Réservez une table maintenant
