I was quite disappointed with the service at Topiary Coffee Shop today. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and by the time it arrived, our hot drinks were either finished or cold. After 25 minutes of waiting, we inquired about our order since we noticed others who arrived after us were being served. We were told it would be just a few more minutes, but after another 20 minutes, I had to ask again, and our food finally came 5 minutes later. There was no apology for the long wait, and it felt like no one really cared. I doubt any of the five of us will be returning anytime soon. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.
