Topper's Pizza is very lacking in toppings! I only found two pieces of pepperoni on each slice of pizza, which reminds me why I stopped ordering from them in the first place. I used to order from here frequently, but it has only gotten worse over time, with fewer and fewer toppings each time. I usually enjoy their parmesan and garlic sauce, but something has clearly changed; it tastes different now—in a bad way. It has a sour and tangy flavor that is quite unpleasant. I’m very disappointed with the lack of toppings! I might as well order just a cheese pizza! It’s terrible! My pizza should be overflowing with toppings, not just one or two pieces. I think it's time to stop ordering from Topper...

We've ordered from this location over a dozen times and have never had our orders made correctly. The last few times I've ordered, I've ordered two similar pizzas with different toppings adjustments and I receive two identical pizzas. I've never received the garlic herb crust. When paying for extra toppings we do not receive them.The pizzas themselves are good well cooked, fine topping dispersion, good quality ingredients, but don't expect to get the food as ordered.04/20/2024: pizzas and stix were perfect, busy night, but no issues. ordered delivery, and they got here pretty quick given the day
The ordering process here is awful. I was in the middle of creating a take out order (after wrangling choices for the family) and it popped up saying they weren't taking orders at this time negating my current order. I called to see what was up and was just sent to some order hotline. I asked to speak directly with the store and he repeated that they aren't taking orders at this time. It was impossible to speak with someone from the local restaurant. Extremely frustrating situation as I got more and more hangry wasting my time trying to order :

My friend told me they wanted buffalo Mac and cheese for dinner. When I said I wasn't sure where to get that they suggested toppers. This was my first time at Toppers and I enjoyed the great service. While I was waiting for friends 4 different people asked me if I was waiting to order all of them were very friendly. The food was great and made quickly. This location is primarily a take out and delivery spot with limited areas to dine in.
As for the pizza, it had barely any sauce, leaving it quite dry. I had that same issue during my first order, but I thought I'd give them another shot. Now I've had two disappointing experiences, so I won’t be ordering again. On the positive side, the sausage and toppings were excellent, but the pizza desperately needs more sauce. I even had to search for it because there was such a small amount that it was hard to find.
This is the second time we've received topper sticks with hardly any cheese. Our dessert sticks were just plain dough with nothing on them, and the pizza we ordered was supposed to be sausage and mushroom, but it came with pepperoni and mushroom instead. We're really disappointed since this used to be our family's favorite, but the quality has definitely declined!
I have ordered from here about 10 times and every time I make a customization they never do it properly. I have asked for no bacon multiple times on my pizza and almost every time we have received bacon on it. We love Toppers but sadly we will not be coming back to this location.
