We have not had Toppers for a long time. Ordered it to be delivered with Uber eats. The driver arrived with someone else’s order. We stopped him and he said they only gave him the one order. I contacted Toppers to try to get this issue fixed. I had to call 4 times because the order line people couldn’t help and kept putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally was transferred to someone that told me it was Ubers fault and they were unwilling to help me. She said it was a he said she said issue and hung up on me. Disappointing! We will not try that again.
I normally have okay experiences here but tonight it was completely mismanaged. Coming from a guy who worked in pizza for 5 years.I called in an order and they gave me a 15 minute pickup time. I got there and 10 people were waiting for orders. The cashier rang me up but my card never got charged so I assumed that was his way of telling me to get lost . I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes sitting in the entrance and left. May I suggest updating your wait times if your gonna leave people hanging.
We arrived at the restaurant over an hour before closing time. The two staff members working seemed uninterested in serving us, as they completely ignored us for about 10 minutes. They didn't even bother to inform us that they were not accepting any more orders (even though it was still over an hour before closing time). After waiting for 10 minutes without any recognition from the staff, my partner and I decided to leave.
If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. The owners Jim and Suzanne tried to deceive me into leaving because I witnessed terrible mismanagement of other employees. I highly suggest ordering from another place, as they do not prioritize food safety or anything else. I am currently reporting this franchise to any agency I can to prevent them from subjecting their employees to such mistreatment.

Great pizza and they were generous enough to donate some pizzas to us here at Metro Hope Ministries last Sunday for our men to enjoy during the football games!!! We here Metro Hope house around 50 guys as we are a long term faith based sober living program that's usually 6-8 months long!! The men really enjoyed their pizza and wings!!
Little it was the Worst experience I ordered two pizzas todayOne of them was eaten and I think the driver or someone in a restaurant ate it How can people eat people's food without feeling ashamed I mean they could have any disease ? You never know! You guys need to do better it's not safe for us as customers
I placed an online order for pickup of toppersticks and chicken parm alfredo. The pepperoni toppersticks arrived as pizza and the chicken parm alfredo was actually an alfredo cheesemaker. This isn't the first time this has happened with this specific order from this restaurant. (Order number 10047)
Toppers came through in a big way when another local chain cancelled my large order at the last minute. Rochelle and her team went above and beyond to help feed our group, and the pizza arrived early, hot, delicious. Thank you, Toppers crew! We couldn't have done it without you.

As an out of towner from San Antonio, Texas this pizza company blew my mind. The pizza was not only made to order but all the ingredients were fresh and the cheese was melty. I would definitely fly back here to just get this pizza again. Perfect after a night at the bars.
