I went back to the restaurant, and they remade the pizza for me and offered a free soda as an apology. When they brought out the fresh pizza, the staff member also offered me the original order. I accepted, but when I opened the box, I discovered it contained an employee's half-eaten dinner. While it was clearly an honest mistake, such situations should never happen. It's not only unappetizing but also extremely unsanitary for partially eaten food to be stored on the same shelf as customer orders. I don't usually write restaurant reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. I ordered two sets of bone-in wings: one with boom boom sauce and one oven roasted, both with 14 pieces. I went inside to wait for my order, and the screen indicated that my order was being cooked. After about 20 minutes, a staff member approached me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I had ordered two sets of wings, only to be informed that they forgot to put my order in or the delivery driver had taken them by mistake. Wow! Their Plant-Based (vegan) menu options are phenomenal! So glad I discovered them, the vegan buffalo chick 'n pizza was delicious, and The vegan cheeze bread definitely hit the spot! Staff was super kind, I was slow to pick it up (poor timing on my part) and they offered to re-make it because they wanted to ensure we 'd enjoy our order. They also confirmed they have a dedicated pizza slicer, etc. for the vegan orders! I will definitely be ordering again soon!! I love this, although they can build their own vegan pizza 1000's of combinations. they also have a vegan menu with home pizza chicken wing, cheesy stix with dippin sauce and even dessert. I don't feel thoughtful. toppers offers people with different lifestyles and deliver them quickly. my favorite is the vegan tuscano pizza .so so delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
