This restaurant was so good that it made me regret how cavalier I have been with five star ratings in the past because this one is a TRUE five star. Absolutely as good as it gets. My friend and I were on Mallorca for 36 hours and wanted to see the very best of it. Toque was listed as one of the best restaurants in Palma, so we looked at the menu and decided to check it out. We got there when it opened at 7:00pm, which is a little early for dinner for the Europeans, but just about perfect for us Americans, so we didn't have to wait at all. Comida mediterránea hecha con por buenas manos y con mucho mimo. Nos pedimos los mejillones de roca con curry (increiblemente buenos), el gazpacho de fresa con helado de albahaca (otro plato que nos dejó sin palabras), croquetas de pisto (sabor diferente muy bien logrado), canelón de carne con trufa y parmesano (cremoso y trufa en su punto) y de postre un baba al ron (que debo admitir que tenía un sabor alcohólico muy fuerte que no nos acabó de gustar, acompañado de una nata casera maravillosa y un helado de vainilla a la altura de la misma). Volveremos sin dudas para probar otros platos de la carta que nos quedamos con ganas de catar, 100% recomendado! El servicio y atención de los camarero...

Everything was perfect. We ordered garlic mussels and foi for starters and it was spectacular. The main dishes were tartar and scallops and they were exquisite. It shows that the product is of good quality. The service was very attentive and friendly and the owner came to the table to see how everything was going and chatted with us for a while.

Wauw, this is an exceptional place, incredible food, beautiful crafted dishes, the oxtail is the best. So is the duck, the cuttlefish and everything else. On. Top of that, the restaurant has an excellent belgian beer selection, which the waiter matches with my starter and main dish perfectly. Highly recommended ! Réservez une table maintenant

Try the Mallorcan wine. They have a decent selection and all the ones we tried were very nice. Food was excellent and fish was not overcooked. Service was perfect. Be adventurous on the menu. You won't be disappointed. They were full so make reservations. Email is how we did it.

the weekly menu is simply spectacular. very careful and tasty and not heavy. We ask the letter a tatar and we should not stop trying. highly recommended!
