I eat here a lot at the employees are very friendly. Rhonda, Annie, Katie and Mannie are welcoming and kind. I encourage everyone to stop at this location if you want a good meal and friendly service. New update Aug 28 2024 This is the best Torchy's location in Houston Texas. Everyone is so kind and warm welcoming. Rhonda Annie, Jr, Joe, and Katie really know how to run this store. Without them the customer service wouldn't be as great as it is. If I have any issue with my order they are so kind in fixing it. I will continue to come here for as long as the location stands
This taco is absolutely fantastic! The restaurant is always clean, and the service is exceptional. I can’t forget to mention my friend Joe—he’s great, always has a smile on his face, and provides outstanding service. Every staff member is cheerful and eager to assist you. The food is delicious, the people are wonderful, and the service is impressive. Parking is available at 2675 Wilcrest Drive, Houston, TX 77042, in Westchase.
Mrs. Katy was so awesome, sweet and so patient as me and fmaily didnt know what we wanted lol. We love love love Torchy’s tacos and always may those tacos trashy!!! Tacos that are surely DAMN GOOD!
Jordan assisted me up front is a great employee! He was friendly, had a great attitude and helped me with my takeout order! Parking: It’s always easy to find parking and get in the door quickly!

Ms Clara took care of me at the Wilcrest location she has an amazing attitude very welcoming and the food was so good I got the Matador will be coming again
Tracy was very helpful with helping me order. I got to witness her deal with a customer who was agitated-and she handled it like a rockstar!
