My aunty and I (locals) dined at this terrible restaurant last night. When paying for the bill at the counter, the waitress asked for $1 surcharge for using card. Mind you, there was no sign indicating the same both outside and inside the restaurant. Not having enough cash on me and refusing to pay the surcharge on principle, I decided to grab some cash from an ATM just across the road. The waitress then asked for me to leave my mobile phone with her as a collateral. I obviously refuse. The manager (I assume) then stood outside watching me like a hawk grab money from ATM. Had the wrong order delivered. Then got a phone call from Foodora saying sorry & will keep you posted. Needless to say after an hour & half I hadn't heard anything so I rang Torino's to find out what's happening only to be told that they are waiting for a driver to come and pick up the orderTwo main complaintsGetting the order wrong & no apology from Torino - rather they chose to ignore the initial wrong orderFoodora - how can a delivery take 2 hours especially after getting an order wrong in the first place. Would have thought this would have been a priority- so much for customer serviceBack to Uber eats for me!!!
We made a last minute decision to grab a meal before a show and ended up at this unexpected delight. It is conveniently located not far from Enmore Theatre, giving us just enough time to eat before the show. The staff assured us our meal would be ready in time, and they delivered on their promise. We picked up a bottle of wine from the liquor store nearby and enjoyed it with our meal. The food was delicious and had authentic home-cooked Italian flavors. While the presentation may not have been fancy, the taste more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic meal that exceeded our expectations.
I had a medium vegan Gourmet Mediterranean pizza at this restaurant and it was the best pizza experience I've ever had! The pizza had excellent flavors and the texture was amazing. It arrived quickly after ordering, at the perfect temperature to eat right away. The atmosphere inside was cozy and the restaurant was beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Even a customer dining outside recommended the place to us as we walked by. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with delicious pizza. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be returning for more!

This restaurant offers the best gourmet pizzas and food in the industry, served in a cozy European atmosphere. The menu is diverse with a range of options to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and the service is exceptional and professional. Look no further, Pizzeria Torino's Restaurant is the perfect place to dine in or order delivery from. I will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family. My favorites are the pizza and Steak Diane with mashed potatoes and garlic bread, as well as the delicious homemade desserts offered.
This place was phenomenal, we were treated with such warm service and the food tasted incredible. I had the fettuccine carbonara and my mouth dropped, definitely coming back for it again. Me and my wife shared a medium torinos special pizza, it was so delicious we ordered another to takeaway for the way home. Amazing food and quality service, will be back again!
We were weary from being in Sydney all day and walked by Torinos which looked inviting. We are glad we went in. We shared a pizza and a bowl of pasta. The people in the restaurant, the waiter and waitresses, the cooks, everyone were friendly and wanted to be sure that we were taken care of. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there twice!
Great friendly staff, good variety and great home cooking. The pizza, pasta, risotto etc. I have had on numerous occasions have always been of the highest standard. Very tasteful and value for money. I have always enjoyed my dining experience at Torino’s Pizzeria and highly recommend.

Appears to be some pretty mixed reviews for this place, without having read these we walked off the street and gave it a go. The risotto and pizza were very nice , the service was quick and the staff were very hospitable. If I was in Newtown again, would grab another bite there
Great night out for dinner. Food was fantastic and their pizza is one of my favourites in the whole of Sydney. Service and staff were great and the home made desserts rounded off the night perfectly. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to going again.
