For the premium price, I was disappointed. Ordered P03 Rare Beef and Well Done Beef (Phở Tái Nạm). The rare beef arrived way overcooked. So the very opposite of rare. I ordered with Uber eats... it is 3km away and it tool 1h to get my food. Then what is supposed to be chicken seemed like tofu to me; and they are not generous with shrimps. The only positive was the smoothie. Oh and it was $70 total for my order for 1 person... what a value for money; just horrible

Overall, it was a good experience. I haven't had much pho before, but I found the broth to be flavorful, and the beef was tender and delicious—definitely not overcooked, which I appreciated. However, I think the broth could have had a bit more flavor.
It was really good! I ordered the grilled R06L (Rice) with pork chop and beef, but I switched it to fried rice. It costs a bit more, but in my opinion, it's one of the best fried rice dishes I've ever had. It's my favorite!
