Be very careful, they are very rude aggressive. Ruined the day! When we arrived they said we could sit at any beach chair that didn’t have a reserve sign. We set up and ordered two drinks, one had lipstick on the glass! When I took it back they gave no apology said they would bring over another. No eye contact, just contempt as if I shouldn’t have said anything. Shortly after, a lady came over to us told us our table was reserved we had to move. We tried to explain that we were told any table without a sign but she wasn’t having any of it, she just said move and walked off. So we decided to leave the rope area, I went to pay the bill for 1 drink as hadn’t got my replacement they said they brought it over. I argued they hadnt and the guy there with broken english was getting aggressive. I stood my ground but anyone else would have probably gave in as their behaviour was borderline threatening. I think this whole thing started because of me complaining about the dirty glass. I dont think the table was even reserved.
A pleasant location on the promenade. A very welcome watering hole with shade from the relentless sun. The staff were extremely polite and efficient. On the downside because we were enjoying soft drinks in a prime location, we were extremely shocked with a very high price tag for the four soft drinks that we had. We did not go there again on account of the high prices that they charged. I would advise all others to avoid the high prices and go somewhere more reasonable
The waitress are very attentive. You never have to wait long for drink or food. You get a kind of remote control and as soon as you click, not even 1 minute later a waiter comes by. The parasol is big enough so that on the comfortable seats you can be 100% in the shadow or move into the sun. The parasol has in the middle a big table to put comfortable food and drinks on it
I have been to a few beach clubs along here but this is my favourite. Really great atmosphere, fantastic service where you get your own buzzer to order. They literally come over in seconds. The staff are so lovely, the menu for food isn’t enormous however it’s fresh and tasty. The salads were delicious. Will definitely be back next year
