This is one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte and the food on this occasion did not disappoint. It was outstanding! However, I expected the same level of service as times past and this visit was sub par at best. We were greeted with a card congratulating us on our 25th Anniversary as we sat down, ordered our apps and then dinner. We finished the wine as our meal came out (brought to us by someone else other than our server). We would have ordered an additional bottle of wine or drinks but were never afforded that opportunity. This restaurant in Charlotte offers the best Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is lively and it was busy on a Thursday evening. The servers are not pushy, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The meal was fantastic, from the drinks to dessert. We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years. It is more suited for adults as we did not see any kids during our visit. There is ample parking available outside the restaurant.

The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service. They greeted me with a birthday card and wished me a Happy Birthday. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. They even surprised me with a birthday dessert. I highly recommend trying the Osso Buco.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the service is excellent. While the food was nicely presented, it lacked flavor and was overall average. Overall rating for the food is 3 out of 5.
