Tonight a very rude and unhelpful employee. My cousin is there as a tourist in Germany, he rode his bike to the gas station this evening at 11:59 p.m. on 23.08.23 to charge his mobile phone with the Internet. Since the announcement is in German, I asked the seller to help him. My cousin called me so I tell the seller. The seller replied very cheekily, if he doesn't get it, he shouldn't make the phone call, he couldn't speak English himself or didn't want to. I told the seller on the phone that if he doesn't want to help, he should say so and not make rude comments. I've always been to this gas station and I've actually always been satisfied, but you can see how they treat people when you need help. Never again. I will come again and complain to the person responsible.
I fill up my company vehicle and all private vehicles here regularly (twice a week). The staff is very friendly, especially one employee who brightens up your day with her smile and her friendly manner, but you risk being stranded and driving here especially. The sales area is always clean, the selection is very large and always fresh. Delivering packages always worked without any problems. Would give even more stars if it was possible. I'll be back soon and I'm really looking forward to having my day brightened up again.
