Am 22.08. das erste und letzte Mal dort getankt und zusätzlich noch Chips für 3,79€ abgerechnet. Leider nicht den Bon kontrolliert mein Fehler , nach mittlerweile drei Telefonaten mit den Angestellten wurden jeweils Rückrufe versprochen. Bis heute, nach mehr als drei Wochen, nichts passiert...Ob jetzt hier mal jemand drauf antworten wird? Fraglich... Beschwerde an Konzern geht morgen raus. Nachtrag auf Antwort v. 13.09. Wie bereits geschrieben mein Fehler, dass ich dies nicht kontrolliert habe. Aber in Normalfall werdet ihr ja Kameras zur Kontrolle und Aufklärung haben. Sehr traurig, dass nur auf dem Fehler des Kunden rumgehakt wird. Ihr wiederum habt selbstverständlich keine Sorgfaltspflich...

Leider ist die Schlauchrückführung an den Zapfsäulen bereits seid Monaten defekt, auch nach einen Hinweis an das Kassenpersonal ist hier nichts passiert. Hoffentlich lässt das nicht auf den weiteren Wartungszustand der Anlage schließen, ansonsten gibt es bald Wasser in den Tanks.
Air pressure is unfortunately frozen and no sign attached that it is defective the tire completely without pressure. But on my note a shield was attached directly.

Misleading opening hours! This morning at 5:20 a.m., the TotalEnergies petrol station was closed, although these are indicated from 5:00-22:00 a.m.
Ganz ok zum Tanken aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Benzin und Dieselpreise sind meist ein paar Cent höher als die der Umgebung.
Although it is more expensive than the other gas stations, the staff are very friendly and the quality of petrol is excellent!
