Totem is just crazy, since we set it up a little over a year ago, I have the impression: to work at Google because our cafeteria is so healthy, colorful and varied: we go from pain au chocolat to brewers' beers without realizing it...or almost! to save time with such a simple site to place adjust my orders (sorry Auchan and company but I was REALLY struggling before.. to be the savior of the office because everyone thanks me for the little attentions during the shopping (I didn't tell them that everything wasn't necessarily thanks to me.. oops And just to finish, a big thank you to the care support team whether by text, email or telephone I always have a response in less than 2 and all this...
I am Office Manager and I am very specific about choosing the provider I work with: they need to be pro-active, transparent, efficient, and I must be able to receive the delivery with my eyes closed, which means I want the job to be done, and very well done, that's it.I worked with big companies which have big requirements about quality and I choose Totem every time: this company can answer to small and big company needs, they are a real asset as provider and they always adapt their product and offer regarding the situation. Je travaille avec Totem depuis plusieurs années maintenant. Ils sont toujours à l'écoute et disponibles. Nous avons toujours trouvé leur service réactif : des petits-déjeuners ou apéros de dernière minute...Ils ont également été conciliants pendant cette période difficile d'absence au bureau.
Excellent service dans l'entreprise où je travaille, c'est rapide et les prix sont très raisonnables ! Les réductions proposées chaque jour sont également très intéressantes et il y a parfois des plats exclusifs selon un thème spécifique, comme l'Italie ! Réservez une table maintenant
