I was introduced to this place by my best friend. I will hands down say that this is my favorite Korean bakery chain among the various ones I've tried. I don't come here often because when I go, I tend to buy a lot for friends and family. My mom is a fan too as she loves their sweets! I love their breads and baked goods-they are so soft and fluffy and the right amount of sweetness. The bakery items can be pricey, but I feel that one is paying the quality and freshness of the products. I'm writing this review after eating the milk bread that my mom bought this morning :
What an incredible spot! During my recent stay nearby, I discovered this delightful coffee shop and bakery and just had to try it out. The pastries were fantastic, and the coffee was equally delicious. I can’t remember the last time I felt as happy visiting a place as I did here! While it is a bit on the pricey side, I truly believe it's worth it. The atmosphere is always lively and bustling, which I absolutely love. Next time I’m in the Chicago area, I’ll definitely make time to return!
The customer service here is quite inconsistent. I've visited a few times, and the guy at the counter did an excellent job packing my order, placing just the right amount in each bag and using tissue paper in between. However, during my next visit, a girl was working, and she carelessly tossed everything into one bag without any consideration. The open-faced pastries ended up face down, and everything was crowded together. A bit more effort in packing would really make a difference.
I think the cakes here are delicious. However, I'm rating this two stars. Because all the pastries are in an open area. Not covered,with people all around and I saw a couple of flies around the pastries. which definitely made me not buy them. I would recommend that they have them covered or something to keep them covered from people walking around them.

This restaurant is fantastic and incredibly delicious! The food is always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. The interior is clean and inviting, making it a lovely spot to dine. It's one of my favorite places for breakfast, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. P.S. They also serve excellent coffee and teas!
This is definitely my top choice for birthday cakes and after-school snacks for the kids. The staff is always helpful and attentive, making it easy for me to pick out items. Plus, their range of coffee, teas, and smoothies is fantastic!
Everything is great here, with items baked fresh every day. Some of the pastries sell out quickly, so I recommend visiting in the morning or early afternoon. The coffee is strong and not too sweet, which is exactly how I like it.
This cafe is a true gem! There is so much to love here! If you're in the mood for delicious pastries that beautifully blend French and Asian-American flavors, this is the spot for you. I could enjoy this place every day!

Cakes are really good. When I went there was only one person with a long line. It would be good if they had another person. But overall no problems
