Bagels are delicious but their staff leaves much to be desired. Been there multiple times and have been ignored by workers or had to wait for their personal conversations to end. Happened this morning AND the girl messed up my order after saying it 3 times! Ugh! If you'd rather spill tea and gossip all day then do not work in customer service
Went to the Bellmore store at 2 pm. Very few customers but 5 people behind the counter mostly on their cell phones.Waited and waited for help but was totally ignored. I’m sure if the owner was around the help would be on their toes. Good thing that there’s plenty of other bagel stores in the area.
I had an easy experience arranging catering for my event with Town Bagel and the owner, Dave. They provided everything from delicious food to serving utensils and paper goods. The professional service they offered was a relief and the delivery and set up were perfect. I highly recommend them.
The bagels at this Long Island restaurant are excellent. They offer a great variety of spreads and a nice selection of coffee. The service is always exceptional, with pleasant staff. The store is always clean. I highly recommend this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
Fantastic place love the freshness of everything yum got a dozen bagel half dozen beallies.a box a rainbow cookies and a lite chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious. Would come back her again . Fantastic experience. :
Yes, give me more!! Love this place, their sesame bagels are great. Also, the fruit cups with the yogurt are amazing. Everything food-wise is really good. The place is clean and the owner is really friendly.
The restaurant consistently serves high-quality dishes, and the staff is very friendly. I hope they bring back the cookies and cream cream cheese.

Bagels are excellent but a little pricey for a bagel and a coffee. Pandemic is always the blame so let's go with that.
