We had a wonderful time last night at The Media Towne House to celebrate a family birthday. All the food was delicious and Miranda was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had ! And the manager came around to ensure all was going well! It’s become our “go to” place for family and holiday get togethers! We also love the choice between rooms. I just recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket as the main room is kept rather cool. Thanks all for the food and service! We’ll be back soon !Parking: There are a few free parking spaces in front of the restaurant; but there is also meter parking on nearby streets and a convenient parking garage a block away (small fee)
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT – THERE ARE RATS AND COCKROACHES! Hello, I visited your restaurant on Sunday, and while I was dining, I saw a rat come out from the fireplace, followed by a cockroach crawling across the floor. I reported this to the waiter, but he didn’t seem worried at all. In fact, he even mentioned that there are plenty of rat traps in the restaurant, which is completely unacceptable. This level of cleanliness is not appropriate for a place that serves food to the public. I will be reaching out to the health department and local authorities about this matter.
I had a craving for a steak while I was in Media (not my usual area), so after a quick search on Google Maps, I decided to call Townhouse for take-out on a quiet Monday night. The Shebeen was lively, but Townhouse was pleasantly calm (perfect for taking photos). When I walked in, my meal was ready and waiting for me at the bar. The interior was clean and inviting, and I really liked the décor. The steak risotto was excellent, cooked to perfection—just the way I like my filet, pink rather than red. I’ll definitely return to try more items from the menu!
I hadn't visited this restaurant in years and recently returned for the first time since the renovation. I must say, our food was fantastic! Our new server, Ashley, was wonderful—very friendly and polite. The only downside was the management. We waited over 20 minutes for a bottle of wine we ordered, only to find out it was out of stock. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, yet we still had to wait a long time for our drinks. If the manager could improve this aspect, the restaurant would definitely earn a five-star rating.

We got married at the Towne House 50 years ago when it was an Italian restaurant. This past weekend, we returned to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Shane assisted us in organizing a fantastic party in the Towne Hall. Every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations, and our guests felt the same. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the venue was perfect for a celebration.
Food was good.. having the Irish bangers, Caesar salad and the beat was the crab topped soft pretzel. However I had also ordered the berry pancakes, which were overdone at the edge but cooked in the middle the pancakes were thin) but to wait over 40 min to get our brunch when we sat at 1;35p the place was NOT busy is no excuse to wait that long
On Saturday, our class celebrated our 20th reunion at the Townhouse, and it was a fantastic experience! We enjoyed plenty of food, drinks, and dancing. Shane was incredibly helpful in organizing the evening, and the bartenders and staff were delightful. Thank you, Townhouse! We look forward to returning in the future.
Food drinks were excellent. Miranda was our waitress she was lovely! She had excellent recommendations, very friendly attentive. She was very detail oriented with our order, and if you’re a picky eater, you know that’s a huge bonus!! Will definitely return request Miranda again!!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff members were exceptional. Make sure to visit Rachel and Chelsea on Saturdays—you won't regret it! I also want to give a shout-out to one of the managers, Dan, who consistently checked in to ensure that my group was well taken care of.
Jessica was 10/10 she recommended the best appetizer and dessert. We were sold just from her description. Drinks were spot
