We had a 7:30 reservation. By 9:15, we had only received waters and appetizers. We inquired secersl times with waiter, but no assurance or real concern for our dining experience. We decided to leave at 9:30, as we were mot interested in eating a steak that late in the evening. Not sure if this is the norm but the restuarant was not that full. Very disappointing ending for a Valentine's dinner. Various staff including management and hostesses, passed us multiple times with no notice to our empty table. Seems the activity at the bar took priority. At least the soup we had was good.
We had made a reservation for Christmas tea through Open Table, but it was not sent to the restaurant. Upon our arrival, there was no record of our reservation, resulting in no preparation for the tea service. This was very disappointing, especially since we had a guest from out of town with us. The staff did partially comp our meal to make up for the inconvenience, but we ended up having to settle for lunch from a limited menu that was missing several items. Overall, not a great experience.
Do not dine here. They are terribly short-staffed. The kitchen seems confused about the menu. Items had to be sent back twice to be corrected. Service was extremely slow with an hour wait for appetizers. The ambiance was dry and quiet. We endured all of this for the food to be mediocre at best. Not only will I never return to this restaurant, I will never return to this hotel for allowing this to be a part of their customer experience.
J'ai réservé des réservations pour mes copines pour profiter de brunch et discuter des stratégies. La nourriture, le personnel et l'hôte étaient incroyables. Ils nous ont permis de rester longtemps après avoir terminé de la nourriture pour discuter. Sans parler de l'hôtel La décoration de vacances était parfaite pour le contenu des médias sociaux Selfie. Je reviendrais!

Ce restaurant était considérablement trop cher. La qualité de la nourriture et le service étaient simplement bons. Pour un restaurant dans le Whitley, je m'attendais beaucoup mieux la qualité de la nourriture et le service. Déçu
This restaurant is a spacious and beautiful place to relax and enjoy a nice bottle of wine while catching up with friends. You can easily spend the whole evening there thanks to the welcoming staff and atmosphere.
Waited 2 hours never got food no explanation, asked to speak to the manager but 1/2 hour latter no excuse. Poor service the waiter never told us anything!
