My wife and I have been regulars here for 3 years.The food here is typical pub style food and is quite resonable as far as prices go but wont go out of its way to wow you as it is pretty simple in both appearance and flavor.Service is usually good and staff friendly and the venue is normally clean and tidy.This particular occasion they denied my wife entry to the club because she forgot her drivers license (even though we were only going to the bistro area, not the seperate partitioned gaming area, and we were in a large family group with everyone else carrying identification and getting them scanned). My wife is in her 30's clearly not a minor and has never been in trouble at any venue let...

This is the first time in over 12 months that we have come here for a meal, and have always had to top class meals. A group of about 18 came for lunch last week and meals were disappointing. Had the lemonade and lime battered flake which was a total disappointment. The batter was burnt and the fish dry. The chips were cold and tasteless. Two other orders on our table were wrong and were returned. On a good note, the bar staff were very nice.
