Total innocence. After more than 2 hours waiting for the order, no one went to the phone first and several attempts were needed to reach someone. They only noticed the demand that all ordered dishes no longer... In the question of how long it would take, as we waited for more than 2 hours, it would only be disappointed that there are no more 2 hours. After I said I cancelled the order for her, she was unfolded.

Totally poor service! Pizza tastes, but the service is completely bad, because frequent ingredients are forgotten. Due to the badly occupied pizza, a free pizza is promised to send. This free pizza is again badly occupied and half of the ingredients will be forgotten even though they stand on the bons. I will definitely not order here anymore. This pizzeria just played all the cards and odds.

We have already ordered more often here and the food is in itself tasty waiting times of more than 2h but are normal!! although the order has been spoken from an hour and if you are asked you will be treated very cheeky and undamaged on the phone. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Trattoria Amo. Good gastronomy is definitely different!! Occupation missed.
