Trattoria Belmonte

We love to visit Belmonte, by now it feels like we're coming home. Owners Manu and Mirko are great hosts, the food is very good. Choose fresh fish, go for the truffle pasta or another all-time favourite; the ravioli with sage sauce (Salbei). I also really like their Vitello Tonnato. Belmonte is not the cheapest place in the neighbourhood (actually, it's probably one of the most expensive), but you know that you'll be enjoying a lovely evening, eating a wonderful dinner (they don't do lunch). And in general, Berlin is still cheaper than most other capital cities :-)

This is our favorite italian restaurant in Berlin and we know we are not the only "habitués" because we often meet the same dinner guests. The staff is absolutely adorable (Signora Manuela, Angello, Roberto, Alesio), the food is delicious (the dishes with "Tartuffo" are a total delight) and we have never been disappointed (the Menu changes every week, the ingredients are always fresh and in harmony with the seasons). If you are looking for excellent italian food in a cosy and nice atmosphere, do not hesitate!

J'ai visité Trattoria Belmonte avec des amis de la famille et des contacts professionnels. La qualité de la nourriture, la gentillesse et la gentillesse du personnel ont rendu chaque visite vraiment agréable. Not so easy to find ( ask locals ), but this restaurant is really a nice place to eat. The fresh cooked food is exellent, the people very nice and the bill reasonable. Reservation is necessary.
