THE RESTAURANT The restaurant is located in the industrial area of Norderstedt. It is not directly on the street, but on a side street, which was only seen by us at the last moment. There are numerous parking spaces on the street, all reserved for the restaurant. Via a staircase or a ramp you can go to the higher restaurant. Inside it looks rustic, but also simple. Dark, warm tones, numerous bottles on the walls, a huge pizza oven and an open kitchen. The place has about 25-30 tables. They're all covered with cutlery and table sets. RESERVATION Reservation is always recommended. We stayed there on a Saturday night at 19.00 and there were still about 10 free tables. The audience was mixed. Couples, groups, friends, families. From the age of our visit it was an audience between 25-60. PRICES Prices are on average. For example, Bruschetta costs 4,50€, Spaghetti Carbonara 8,90€. At the end we were only three and have a starter, pasta and a soft drink together approx. 50€ paid. The service is friendly, helpful and has a strong Italian accent. It always came up with the thought of me, she understands what I say. That wasn't a problem. At least I can't complain about the service. The toilets are clean and are located at the rear end of the restaurant. The restaurant offers a small menu specializing in Italian specialities. salads, pasta, pizza, some meat and fish and desserts. In addition to the fixed card there are still changing offers written on a small table. If you want to take a look into the map, you will find it on the restaurant's homepage. That's why it was clear to me from the beginning what I would eat. It was similar to my husband. Our friend was somewhat disappointed that there was no pasta with minced meat, but some Italians did not. The drinks were delivered about 4-5 minutes after the order. Well cooled with an orange slice. The drinks are filled over the line. But the more fluctuates. Some have only 1mm above the line, I even had 3mm above the line. You can live quite clearly with that. Nothing panicks at the soft drinks. After about 10 minutes our appetizers came. Tomato soup and Bruschetta. The Bruschetta was super delicious. Harmonically seasoned, a good amount of fresh parmesan and the bread perfectly roasted. My husband's soup was also freshly prepared. With my spoon I not only tasted herbs, but also had a core of a tomato in my mouth. Soup was hot and seasoned. The main course consisted of Spaghetti Carbonara. Optionally also with cream sauce for us pampered Germans. We chose that. During dressing, it was tacked and then wiped out visibly. Maybe as a small tip, just scatter some chopped parsley over it, pepping the white edge, and preventing the traces from sticking in the eye. In addition, the portions were not uniform here. One had the feeling that everything was prepared together and two plates were well acidified. However, for the third plate there was no more so much. However, if several choose the same court, only apply. Since my husband and I ate Carbonara once again last year with our Italians after years, we have been addicted. They were so delicious that we've been eating one serving every week. In the meantime, my husband has the turn with cream and co, that his tastes just like the Italian. But this one is quite different. Little sauce and in the beginning I thought it was just dry. However, these were the best noodles of my life. Nothing slipped down, nothing greased. Perfect consistency and perfect taste. My husband and our friend were also of the opinion. Clearly the best noodles they've ever eaten. FAZIT If the Italian were not 60 minutes away by car, my husband and I would certainly be regular guests there. Prices vote, food is super tasty and I can recommend to anyone who is illogical to try the pasta.
