I discovered a cozy restaurant in Weinheim called Trattoria Da Toni. It's a cute, warm, and friendly restaurant that serves Italian dishes as well as awesome pizza. It's a spot mainly frequented by locals which is always a good sign. My first visit there I ordered the house pizza and it was delicious. The pizza crust was slightly crunchy on the outside yet moist on the inside just the way a pizza crust should be. The meats and veggies were fresh and for about 7 EUROS I was doubly pleased. Es war Samstag, der 6. Juni, und wir suchten bei der Durchfahrt ein Restaurant in Weinheim. Da viel uns dieses als Pizzaria gekennzeichnete Da Toni auf und wir stellten unseren Wagen in der Nähe ab um dort einzukehren. Waren aber sehr überrascht und enttäuscht, als wir durch die offene Tür eintraten und uns von einem Mann - der mit zwei Frauen an einem Tisch in der hinteren dunklen Ecke sass (Inhaber?) - in extrem unfreundlichen Ton und gestikulierend "geschlossen, geschlossen" zugerufen wurde. Ein Restaurant am Samstag, 21:10 Uhr bei geöffneter Tür und wir wurden wie Eindringlinge behandelt! Hatten dabei aber viel Glück, denn dadurch "entdeckten" wir den sehr nahe gelegenen "Goldenen Löwen"...
