The most horrible food we have ever had. Could have gone to maccas and it would have been better and not $100.My mum and I went for lunch. We were not greeted by any of the 4 wait staff as they were too busy talking amongst themselves. We ordered the spicy wings that came out cold. My mum ordered the chicken burger and the chicken was so dry and overcooked. I ordered the prawn linguine and could not even bring myself to have a 3rd mouthful. The Pasta was over cooked and tasted like rubber, prawns were whole and tasted frozen still and the sauce tasted like it was out of a jar, never had a linguine where they have used tomato sauce in it, tasted like a reheated frozen meal. Stopped here for a quick lunch before catching a movie. We had a craving for Italian food and this place delivered perfectly. My husband had the 4 cheese gnocchi and I had the mama rosa risotto. Both were fantastic. A friend had a pizza they enjoyed. Staff were friendly. Minor disappointments were that the pizza came out as we were finishing the other meals and the mocktail was very bland but neither were a major bother so we didn't say anything. Would go here again.
Ordered a delivery online, meal never arrived, tried calling the store to find there land line disconnected, found a number for over east who said she can’t help and I need to call the store direct, tried to explain the number is disconnected and she said sorry and hung up, the money came out of my account of course, would love to rate the food and staff but it’s a bit hard when you don’t get what you paid for and you can’t contact them
The customer service and care was subliminal, our waitress Lisa did an amazing job, had a polite and friendly approach.Me and my partner ordered the fettuccine and the tortellini and both we’re delivered fast to our table. Both meals were amazing.Overall would definitely recommend and suggest to others.
