The most horrible food we have ever had. Could have gone to maccas and it would have been better and not $100.My mum and I went for lunch. We were not greeted by any of the 4 wait staff as they were too busy talking amongst themselves. We ordered the spicy wings that came out cold. My mum ordered the chicken burger and the chicken was so dry and overcooked. I ordered the prawn linguine and could not even bring myself to have a 3rd mouthful. The Pasta was over cooked and tasted like rubber, prawns were whole and tasted frozen still and the sauce tasted like it was out of a jar, never had a linguine where they have used tomato sauce in it, tasted like a reheated frozen meal. I ordered a meal for delivery online, but it never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant, only to discover that their landline was disconnected. I found a customer service number for Over East, but the representative couldn't help me and insisted that I call the restaurant directly. I explained that the number was disconnected, but she simply said sorry and hung up. Unfortunately, the money was still deducted from my account. I would love to rate the food and staff, but it's difficult when you don't receive what you paid for and can't get in touch with them.
I stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to a movie and had a craving for Italian food, which this place satisfied perfectly. My husband ordered the four cheese gnocchi, and I had the mama rosa risotto, both of which were fantastic. A friend also enjoyed their pizza. The staff were friendly. There were a couple of minor disappointments: the pizza arrived just as we were finishing our meals, and the mocktail was rather bland, but neither of these issues were significant enough to mention. I would definitely come back again.
Horrible we came for a birthday lunch hoping to enjoy yummy italian food but received burnt flavourless soggy pizza and a “mozzarella stick” which was just a a burnt flatbread stuffed with cheese (not good at all). for drinks we ordered a watermelon, coconut drink and it arrived to our table warm . The food arrived so burnt all you could taste and see was the the burnt food . For the prices this is very disappointing and would not recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
The customer service and attention we received were exceptional. Our waitress, Lisa, did an outstanding job with her courteous and friendly demeanor. My partner and I ordered the ribs and the tortellini, and both dishes were served quickly at our table. The meals were fantastic! Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
