Hello folks, went to check out TIVERTON CASINO And somthing went wrong. While the casino was fine,their ENTRINCE IN NOT! My daughter fell flat on the ground as she had been trying to park close to pick me up. I am handicap) and she couldn 't find the closest way to park. Awful experience. This state run dump is horrible.The pit bosses are incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is a tremendous lack of customer service on several levels. The only positive feedback about the place is the friendly, albeit inexperienced dealers who are smiling and pleasant. I don't recommend spending your hard earned money at this low brow establishment. You would have a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience at mohegan sun most likely.

Reporting them to legal and the news. They take advantage of young people by acting nice, hiring them, working them like dogs and illegally delaying the trial period for them to be Union. They then fire them, but won 't let them collect unemployment because they lie and say they quit . Completely unethical abuse of those ACTUALLY WILLING TO WORK. Do not support this trashy casino. Why would you? When there are so many much better places to go?

Awful dining experience with subpar service. The food was the worst I've ever tasted. After just one bite, I couldn't eat it and sent it back. When we expressed our concerns to the manager, he was unhelpful and dismissive. We ended up leaving the restaurant and heading to Federal Hill, where we enjoyed a fantastic meal. I will never return. The place smells like an ashtray. If that goes through the state, why can you smoke in it? You can't smoke on the beach. The smell will have you out of the door within minutes. DISGUSTING. I don't have more than 50 feet and I was out. There is no excretion here. The NewPORT GRAND was up and down. ZERO STARS...

I had a great time because I won some money! The only downside was that the restaurant closed too early, and the two espresso martinis I ordered from the bar cost $32 before tip! Despite that, it was a fantastic way to wrap up Father's Day 2023!

The casino is fantastic, but there's a significant shortage of non-smoking areas. The only smoke-free space is the food court, which has just a few slot machines. The smoke situation is quite unpleasant, and we won't be returning.

Good place to go locally on the weekend. There is a lot of smoke from cigarettes but if you don't like that there is a small non smoking section. Food and drinks available, the restaurant located inside the casino is good ?? Réservez une table maintenant
