I find it hard to understand how leaving two items off a dish can be such a challenge. Either the waitress didn’t relay my request to the kitchen, or they failed to follow instructions. I specifically asked for nuts and cheese to be excluded from my salad—how difficult can that be? I didn’t make a big deal about it at the time since I was on a business lunch and pressed for time, but I won’t be coming back. Who can justify paying $13 for a salad, especially when they can’t get the order right? If you have specific dietary needs, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Tell me why two of the three of us that ate here tonight had hair in our food. Our waitress was very nice and the food might have been good, but kind of hard to enjoy given the circumstances. I looked in the kitchen and no one was wearing hair nets! Some of the chefs had their hair tied back at least, but there was someone with long hair that didn’t have it tied back, and had the same hair color that we found in the food. Not trying to get anyone in trouble in particular, just disappointing! The atmosphere and service were very nice though!
I had a great experience during my first visit, but my second one was disappointing. I knew exactly what I wanted, and the moment I saw the server, I placed my order for my entrée. However, I was left waiting for 50 minutes to get it, while other diners who ordered after me had already received their meals. Additionally, the bill was slightly incorrect. I really appreciate the cozy and friendly atmosphere, but I’m not confident that I can expect service that is worth the price.
Service was slow. My associate ordered the truffle zucchini. Pasta was over saturated with garlic and far too much truffle oil it was like a truffle garlic ramen. Server also didn’t seem to care and didn’t apologize or try to make it right. Never coming here again! Réservez une table maintenant
