Traub's Bakery - Réservation de table

Four generations of my family have been customers of Traubs for over 50 years. Yesterday I stopped to purchase brownies cannolis. I waited over 20 minutes, While the young girl attempted to fill the cannolis. They were absolutely disgusting inedible! The brownies were dry stale!! Since Traubs was sold it has gone down hill rapidly!! Four kids running the counter while talking trash on their cell phones! Just sad! After 50 plus years our family is DONE with Traubs! It's obvious the new owner does not care!!

I bought a cake from here and the icing was hard the way the edible picture was on the cake when the cashier boxed it up she crumbled it guessing they ain’t have a bigger box my siblings buy from here all the time it was just a horrible experience for my 1st time I don’t think I would purchase a cake again

I ordered a baby shower cake and the printer was not printing the design perfectly so they made every effort to make it right. The cake tasted amazing and the mom loved the cake. They gave me a discount for my troubles (it really wasn’t necessary) but their customer service was amazing!

I purchased a birthday cake and was dismayed to find mold when I cut into it the very same day. The two young girls at the counter provided no explanation and seemed uninterested in my concerns. They did issue a refund, but this incident certainly put a damper on our celebration. Réservez une table maintenant

Won't go back. Brownies stale, cupcakes tasteless. Girl behind counter was busy, so she asked her brother to come up front. He never did. Two customers in the store and I waited 10 minutes to pay. What is wrong with businesses anymore and the employees they hire?

I was very disappointed with the donuts I bought today. They tasted as if they were fried in old oil, leaving a lingering aftertaste. Their donuts used to be so good and flavorful. At those prices, I won’t be coming back. What happened to Traub's????

What kind of bakery runs out of donuts by 1:00 PM but stays open until after 7:00 PM? This is not how to run a business! The management clearly doesn't have a clue. I'm giving this a 1-star rating—terrible experience!

Our daughter LOVED her rainbow birthday cake!!! Your decorator went above and beyond. It was so nice to walk in and order without a hassle and pick up the same, without issues. Excellent work- we'll be back!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Thank you for doing such a beautiful job on my granddaughter’s birthday cake. It’s perfect and so colorful. I’ve gotten many cakes from Traub’s and they have all been beautiful and delicious.

Everything is delicious, and their turnaround time is impeccable. My order came out beautiful. We were asked where we got our cake from, of course, I immediately gave Traub's location.
