Excellent and authentic puerto rican food in the suburbs! The arroz con gandules was the best I've had and I've had a lot. The jibarito was excellent but could have used just a tiny bit more flavor and it would have been perfection. The ambiance inside is great but you would never know from the outside. Holy cow. A friend and I were nearby playing golf, and stopped in for a snack. It was so good we drove 20 miles to come back with my wife. I order a cubano pretty much every time it is on the menu, and this is hands down the best I have ever had. Perfect balance between the necessary ingredients. The owner/chef is a great guy, which was a bonus. Strongly recommended.
So much flavor in their food. Very great prices..so great that you could try one of each of their appetizers and great service! When I don't feel like making puerto rican food at home I will definitely come here every time! And I also would say that I wish they had avocado as an option for a side with your meal. But all around great place!
Found this little gem, food was good, nice and clean, lots of food choices, price is very good, portions very nice, a must go to if your looking for good puerto rican or cuban food without having to go all the way to chicago, owners are very friendly. Réservez une table maintenant
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Puerto Rican cuisine. It's a fantastic new spot located in the western suburbs. The food was incredibly delicious and well-prepared. I will definitely be returning!
