A lovely mid week treat after our work out we were greeted politely and seated quickly. There was a delay in ordering due to the social chat being had prior to the customer in front placing there order and for the period of time the chat continued after the order was placed. However our order was taken efficiently and they were accommodating. The puddings came and they were delicious! Mine was piping hot and melting in the mouth, my friends was lovely! Thank you to Nia and the gentleman taking our order, for both checking in on how our food was. A clean, tidy and inviting experience. Thank you!
visited on 18/12/2021. the place itself: very clean, handsanitiser available, tables and seats beautiful and clean. meter large display and clean. great ambiente and atmosphere. the staff: all kind and courteous, the girl at the front of the house even a complete allergen list, as we have no ei. the dessert: had some waffles with salted caramel ice and biscoff cracks. - aazing! well presented and very tasty. the menu: too much to choose. so pampered and definitiw a beautiful tasty.
The customer service at the restaurant was very good, especially from Zaf. However, we found the cutlery to be not very clean and the toilet was lacking soap. The waffle was delicious but lacked in ingredients, only a few slices of banana and strawberries drowned in Nutella. Overall, our experience was positive but we would have preferred to sit upstairs for better lighting.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely respectful, nice, and friendly. They were also very helpful. We all enjoyed the crepes, sorbet, and ice cream that we ordered. Umar served us, and he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great relaxed dessert shop in a good location. Fantastic choices and they were really flexible on making bespoke orders for the kids. It's definitely a great place to stop by for a treat.
