My experience at this coffee shop today was extremely disappointing. I ordered an iced latte and an Americano, but was charged for two iced lattes with cream, costing nearly £10. Despite the high price, the quality was not up to par. The coffee was weak and tasteless, more like tap water than coffee. When I questioned the staff about the order, they insisted it was correct, even though the drinks were not satisfactory. They did not even attempt to correct the mistake. I left the drinks at the counter and suggested the staff try them before serving to other customers, further highlighting their lack of competence. My friends and I were attending the Andre Rieu show in Wembley Arena, but had time to explore the local area before the evening performance. We came upon the Dessert Parlour and because one of our party was an ice cream addict, we could not pass it by. The bright young lady serving us was Twinkle by name and Twinkle by nature! She was very helpful and had time to chat as, at that time, we were the only customers, although it did begin to fill up after about 20 minutes. She was efficient, very accommodating and charming throughout our visit. Prices were not extortionate and food was gorgeous. Thank you Twinkle keep on Twinkling! ;
We are frequent customers of Treatz and are consistently impressed with the quality, packaging, and service. We have visited the dessert parlour and enjoyed their waffles, pancakes, and various flavors of ice cream. The staff is friendly and courteous, the atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from. Highly recommend! Personally, I love their chocolate heaven pudding and lotus biscoff cheesecake.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of amazing and delicious desserts including shakes, waffles, cakes, ice cream, gelatos, and more. I tried the Mango milk cake and was impressed by the service and the dessert itself. I also ordered a Cookie cream waffle to go. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a late-night treat.
Huge choice of flavours. These parlours are popping up around London and some are very good. This parlour has good customer service and friendly helpful staff. My recommendation is two scoops in a chocolate cone. Good prices, excellent ice cream
Fantastic restaurant that offers a wide variety of sugary treats. From delicious chocolate milkshake to decadent desserts and ice cream, this place has it all. The warm cookie dough dessert is a must-try and absolutely amazing.
Went here before a match and had a wide variety of great ice creams.staff were great too. Heartily recommend. The ice cream tasted of real fruit and was nice.

delicious food but some members of staff were quite rude and we felt unwelcome. the food however is lovely and i can’t recommend that more.
Been here twice in 3 days. Service was amazing. Desserts are to die for. Would highly recommend.
