I would like to say a huge thanks to all Treatz Gravesend staff . You were amazing for my 8 year old daughter's bday on the 11th march. I really appreciate that you were really nice, patient , smiley and caring. Thanks for letting me decorate our dedicated corner and for the complementary birthday plate with a cute mini mouse cupcake. We even had the chance to meet the mascot and had pictures with him. My daughter was very happy. It was our first time there and we ll definitely come back again. For the lovely deserts ....do I really have to mention the yumminess of them??? No more Creams!!!!! I'm here for my daughter 6th birthday. the personal decorated the stand with the decorations that I have made available and gave her a special plate of tasty soße (spelling her name,) sprinkles, marshmallows and a candle to blow out! Many thanks to uz for making phoebes birthday special.
Was taken here by my family for my birthday yesterday.. A wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly. A lovely surprise with my ice cream came a plate with happy birthday Sheila piped on in chocolate and a candle and the girls sang happy birthday.. Thank you to the staff

There is always a warm welcome when my son and I come in (which is quite alot). The food and drinks are amazing, the service is perfect and all the staff are lovely. Plus it is great value for money, my son always chooses to come here and he will not go anywhere else
